"I loved the idea of this camera. It would allow me to use any of my old k-mount lenses, had body-based image stabilization (cheaper glass), and best of all it ran on AA batteries, which are almost always conveniently available. The latter feature is what disappointed me though. I found that this camera ran exceptionally well with brand-name non-rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, but when I switched to rechargeable batteries (tried a couple of varieties ranging from 2600-2900 mAh) I found the number of shots produced very disappointing. This was especially the case when using the LCD for liveview or previewing images. "
